Pawan Trading Company (“we”, “us”) operates this website as a product catalogue and enquiry tool for our wholesale plumbing business in Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the site.
1. Information you give us
When you fill in an enquiry or quote form, you may share your name, phone number, company/site name and material requirements. This information is not stored on our servers — submitting the form opens WhatsApp (wa.me) with your details pre-filled so the message is sent directly to our sales number, +91 97698 09010.
2. Quote list stored on your device
The “quote list” feature on the products page saves selected items in your browser’s local storage (the key ptc_rfq_list) so you can build an RFQ across pages. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted by the website itself, and is removed if you press “Clear” or delete your browser data.
3. Third-party services
The site loads a small number of external resources, each governed by its own policy:
- Google Maps — the location embed on the contact page; Google may process your IP address to deliver the map.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — opened only when you choose to call or message us; your interaction is then governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts & jsDelivr — used to deliver typography and scripts; these CDNs see your IP address when a page loads.
4. What we do not do
- No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this website.
- No analytics or behavioural profiling scripts are included.
- No personal data is sold, rented or shared with unrelated third parties.
5. How long we keep enquiries
Messages that reach us on WhatsApp or by email are retained only as long as needed to handle your quotation, order and statutory record-keeping requirements.
6. Your choices
You can browse the entire catalogue without sharing any personal information. You may clear the local quote list at any time from the products page, and you may ask us to delete any enquiry details we hold by writing to us.
